Join me for a six-week journey designed to help you connect with your intuition, clarify your intentions, and create meaningful movement toward what matters most to you.
Through meditation, reflection, creativity, movement, energy practices, and group connection, you'll explore how to align with your inner wisdom and intentionally create your next chapter.
Each gathering will include experiential activities such as:

✨ Learning how to create clear, aligned intentions
✨ Embodied intention practices and movement exercises
✨ Crystal exploration and intention setting
✨ Creative art activities infused with intention
✨ Heart coherence practices to align mind, body, and spirit
✨ Guided meditation, reflection, and supportive discussion
Whether you are navigating a life transition, seeking greater clarity, or simply wanting to deepen your relationship with yourself, this circle offers a supportive space to slow down, listen within, and reconnect with what is calling you forward.
